I’m not a linguistic or communication professional, but as I was envisioning Ensō Mindset, I noticed something intriguing in my conversations. When someone said, “And so…,” it often marked a moment of significance, almost like they were saying “ensō.” This realization sparked my curiosity and led me to explore why it was so captivating. I would listen deeply—not just to the words, but to what came before and after the “and so.”
As I studied transcripts of coaching conversations, I began to understand the phrase's power. In a coaching session, “and so” represents a moment of insight or connection, signaling a shift in thinking or a new realization. It’s like a mental gear shift, inviting us to move forward in our thoughts.
